Company Stores
A company store is a private ordering page with only your approved items on it. Your artwork, sizes, colors, and specs are already saved, so ordering is picking from a list instead of starting a new project.
It exists to kill the part everyone hates: the email thread that starts over every time someone needs more hats.
What is a company store?
A company store is a password-protected or private page where a company orders its own branded items. Instead of a catalog with thousands of products, it holds the handful your company has already approved, with your logo already applied and priced.
Who uses it depends on how you set it up. In most cases it’s the person who handles ordering for the company or for each location. In others it’s open to employees directly.
Three ways to run one
Pick based on who orders and how often, not on software. All three are real options and we will tell you which one fits.
Ongoing Reorder Hub
Your approved items sit in the store year round. Whoever orders for the company or for a location picks what they need, and the order runs through production the same way it always has.
Best for: companies that reorder the same things a few times a year, and companies with more than one location that all need the same items.
Minimums still apply, because each order is produced. What goes away is the setup: no re-proofing, no re-approving artwork, no rebuilding a quote from scratch.
Pop-up store
The store opens for a set window, usually two weeks. Individuals order and pay for themselves if you want it that way. When it closes, everything produces in one run and ships.
Best for: team gear, event merchandise, a new logo rollout, anything where individual people pick their own size.
Because every order produces together at the end, individual ordering works without anyone holding stock.
Stocked store
Items are produced ahead and held in inventory. Someone orders two hats and they ship that week, no waiting on production.
Best for: onboarding kits, sales teams that need items on short notice, companies that want same-week shipping.
This one needs the inventory funded up front, so it suits companies that know their yearly volume and want the speed.
